3rd April
Once again up early and headed to Cape Le Grand National Park. Took a detour to check out Lucky Bay. Supposed to be worlds best beach in brochures. Unfortunately a bit overcast but you could see the potential there.

All this was underneath water 1200 million years ago when the sea was 250m higher. The waves created a cave in the granite on top of Frenchman's Peak.
All camping spots are full in the national park. We were lucky someone must have cancelled for one night.
On the way we saw Frenchman's Peak. Sal read it was a short 670m walk from the carpark. It actually went up 670m high on a serious track. And allow 3 his to do it. We took off.

Botanist heaven here with so many varieties of plants.
We arrived to the campground at Cape Le Grand and picked a great spot.
