Then a little walk around the mari and tingle trees.
Found our home the night at the Norhcliffe Bush Camp.
Nice with quaint little touches
Outdoor shower and toilet
No need for an occupied sign on door just look over wall to see.
The camp was nice for bush camp with quaint areas to sit and outdoor showers. But $60 a night was overpriced.
We left and intended to see Windy Harbour. Promptly got lost on a wet red dirt road which covered the bus again. Hard to wash that red stuff off.
Eventually we found tar again and explored around Pemberton. We visited the Glouster Tree. Which had steel stakes in it like a ladder so you get to the top. Luckily it was closed for climbing that day. Sort of felt sorry for the tree though.

We found Big Brook Dam and they had a walking /riding track 4km around lake , so I convinced Sal she needed some exercise and we walked. We had a quick swim and headed off to the Southern Chocolate factory. Sal devoured a hot chocolate and I had chilli and almond chocolate.
