We used our camping ground as a base and drove off towards Greens Pools . Buses needed a run to build up batteries because of a couple of cloudy days and us not travelling far to charge batteries.
Elephant Rocks and Greens Pools are in the William Bay National Park and just around the headland from each other.
Elephant Rocks are interesting. Sal and went for a swim and felt the strong pull as the waves surged in and out. I ended up holding onto a rock to stop being tucked out just waiting for the surge in.
Initially it looked harmless but we sat in the rocks and warched as unsuspecting swimmeŕs got in and nearly swept out. One minute it was sandy and you could walk out knee deep for ages. Next thing a surge comes in and a wave you are waist deep being swept in. What comes in must go out. It is a wonder people haven't drowned there.

Enough sun then back to Denmark. Weather was hot so we just had a quick look and headed off back to our site.
Had a successful camp oven pizza. Washed down with a red.
Saturday was a cooler cloudy day. We are wrestling with power issues because no travel and no sun. Just have to gethrough tonight and we are driving a bit tomorrow to a powered site.

Went for a walk up behind the beach. There is a track called the
Snake signs everywhere makes you keep your head down but we didn't meet any.
Quiet arvo going to enjoy a pork curry later.
Great write up
